Feuds From The Vault – from DivaDirt« steved
After watching allot of wrestling in my free time as usual, I had an idea for a blog/article: Feuds From The Vault. I will continue to write articles about feuds that have impressed me during my many years of watching professional wrestling.
The first that sprung to mind was the unrivaled feud between Cheerleader Melissa and MsChif back in the early days of Shimmer.
Back in 2005 the first milestone in Shimmers history occured with the very first taping of its DVD series but more importantly it was the stage and essentially the first match in the Melissa/ MsChif feud. The two locked up (pardon the pun) in an awesome showing at that event. The spot that was a microcosm for the feud happened when they took the action to the outside and Melissa had MsChif twisted around the guard rail which I’d never seen two women do and kudos to MsChif for putting the move over extremely well. one of the greatest feuds (if not the greatest) in womens wrestling!!
Shimmer Women Athletes is going on four full years. There has been nothing but great things involving Shimmer, and nothing ellse compares to this feud between Melissa & Ms. Chif. Any true wrestling fan has seen at least one of their matches, Their chemistry is superb. There have been a couple of matches in Chick Fight that have been wild as well. Shimmer could rekindle this feud in their next taping, by having their next match, be a Shimmer Title match. I think the stakes would even be higher and the match would be as memorable as their previous encounters have been.

Anyhoo, it was an awesome feud. I tip my hat to the author for mentioning it. After all. it totally makes sense. Melissa and Chif caught my attention for life.
